Fix Your Trivelas Are your Trivelas looking like 💩 if so let’s fix 🛠️ that: 1️⃣. Don’t run straight up to the ball ❌ instead approach it at an angle ✅ 2️⃣. Don’t use your laces ❌ instead use the outside of your foot ✅ 3️⃣. Don’t strike the center of the ball ❌ instead strike the bottom corner ✅ 4️⃣. D1 Level Fitness Drill Here’s a D1 level fitness 🏃‍♂️ drill you can use to help you get fit for football ⚽️: Start on the end line and run the full length of the field three times plus the length 📏 of the 18 yard box once. This comes to a total of 348 yards which you have to run in 70 seconds ⏱️ Following that rest for 60 seconds ⏱️ which should be a light jog/walk back to the end line you started at.
